This publication seeks to disseminate the process it takes to cultivate a microorganism until the creation of a biomaterial. Each process stage is described, from its cultivation, inoculation, and mixing to the design pieces obtained. The range of objects and artifacts developed is part of a research that operates at the intersection of design and science since it directly collaborates with scientists, adopting and developing new methodologies and techniques as part of its practice. This publication was created thanks to the support of the Metropolitan Fund of Culture, Art, and Sciences of the City of Buenos Aires and the National Fund of Arts of Argentina.
